Who we are

Make It Pop Agency is a film and production studio in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Pune, and part of MPX Studio. Our studio: Patel Plaza, Plot No 92 93, Rauza Baug, N 12, HUDCO, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431001. What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, company, the kind of project, timing, budget range and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive whatever you send through those channels.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, discuss and quote for your project, and, if we work together, deliver it. We do not sell your details, share them for anyone else’s marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by our web host. If your project needs branding, packaging or a website, we may pass your enquiry to MPX Studio, our parent studio, with your agreement. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We store two small preferences in your own browser — light or dark theme, and whether motion is switched off — so the site remembers them next time. They never leave your device.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are talking about a project and for up to two years after, so we have the context if you come back. Records of paid work are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and we will do it within 30 days. Write to hello@makeitpopagency.com.

This site links to MPX Studio (mpxstudio.com), WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
